Meeting Baby Hope

Baby Hope is here! (back in January - I'm a few months late I know!)

We took a trip to Virginia to meet sweet little Baby Hope Lynn Sanders. I'm living vicariously through the Sanders since I probably will only have sweet, stinky little boys :-) (God if that is what you send us I promise I will be thrilled and love them all to bits- no hard feelings) but still I can't help but love on every one else's baby girl!

She is precious and we had a blast getting to meet her, and getting to play with Gabriel (he and Tabor LOVED playing together!) and we had a blast having adult time when the boys & babies napped or slept!

The boys loved getting to read together and we all loved taking turns being the reader!

These boys picked up right where they left off last November. They laughed and played from the moment they woke up (literally yelling each other's names to wake each other up) until bedtime when they were too tired to peep.

They spent tons of time searching for their belly buttons, playing earmuffs, playing trains and running around outside.

We went to the zoo, shopped, ate great food and played with our sweet little kiddos! Tabor loves being in pictures so much I had to pick him him up and face him towards the camera. ha

The boys loved doing everything together.

Here's our attempt at a group shot! We are all in it even if you can't see everyone (Baby Hope & Baby Titus were sleeping)

We all worked on our tummy time and strengthened our neck muscles together. ;)

We tried to stage pics of the boys but well... Tabor always has a different plan.

Sweet Baby Hope was so much fun to cuddle with. She was just too precious. I can't wait to see her again. Look at this cute little girl!

Hope and Titus loved getting to coo together. It was love at first site. :)

The men were able to escape and go see Third Day in concert which was only fair since us girls escaped everyday during nap time to go shopping!

We even got to ride the train at the mall after shopping and eating lunch!

Oh Tabor will you ever cooperate for a picture?! ha!

I spoke too soon - I guess he did smile at the camera afterall. Look at these two cute boys. I love them.

Thank you Sanders family for such a fun time. We love you all so much and had such a blast getting to meet your precious new Baby Hope. She is such a joy and we cannot wait to be a part of her life as she grows up (just like we can't wait to be a part of Gabriel's).

AUSTIN

Ty called Graham to catch up the other day and when he mentioned he and Allie would be in Austin for the weekend Ty asked if we could meet up. So 2 days before the weekend we decided we'd hop in the car for another road trip.

It was even more fun because my mom overheard the conversation and showed up, bags packed ready to go in the kitchen. We had NO idea where she was going until she proudly stated that she'd informed Ilka & Kuky to meet us in Austin. (My mom is so cute)

So to Austin we went. We had a fun roadtrip there - Tabor is becoming a travel-pro! He stayed on his regular schedule throughout the car ride and even fell asleep at bedtime. He woke up when we arrived, gave Graham & Allie a few smiles and then zzzz back to sleep he went. (We decided we could throw away the receipts because we think we'll keep him now)

Friday night we left him with the grandparents and went and spent some time with Graham & Allie. It was SO SO great to see them!

Then Saturday Ilka, Kelly-O, Alex & Michael drove down and met the little T-bo. He of course LOVED them right away. Aunt Ilka he loves you so much - I promise we won't let Abuiki teach him to call you Aunt Caca. ha!

Michael (aka the babysitter) dressed him in all his toys. Very fashionable Michael.

They got along very well. A little too well. These guys will be trouble together someday.

Kuky drove down later in the day and we played outside in the Arboretum while we waited for our bread to be delivered.

I love Tabor's spikey hair in this picture. No we did not plan to dress him and dad alike.

Thanks Kuky for this cute picture! We loved it.

Kuky's cute little Matthew cuddled up with Tabor. He's an amazing little dancer too!

Then there was Jonathan who is precious as can be but also...very mischievious. haha

Tabor loved his aunt Kuky so much!

The cool guys taught us about "planking" and we dared them to do a 3-layer plank on top of the statue. So here they are "planking" in the arboretum 3-layers high. Yes Ty helped Matthew get up on top.

During Tabor's afternoon nap we did a bit of sightseeing in Austin and got to see the Capitol with Graham and Allie. It was so neat! We even joined the tour and learned a lot! It was really fun!

That night they left to go to a wedding. I snapped a few pics of them of course. They are just too cute!!

We love you guys!! (and miss you tons!)

Sorry I made you pose, but thanks for doing it! I think these turned out so fun!

On Sunday we hung out with everyone before heading back to L-town. Tabor played with everyone before falling asleep in the car.

Here's a pic of Allie & Tabor. Allie, Tabor needs a Boston Buddy!!

We got a pic of Tabor with Kristin. I think the 2nd shot is funny. He loves making faces.

Kristin, we can't wait to see a curly-haired mini you someday too!

Then Tbo took pics with Uncle Graham. He really misses you guys now!

I think he's trying to hug you here Uncle G.

Had to take a group shot before we left. (Yes Ty and Tabor are dressed alike again. I promise this was NOT planned!!)

Tabor learned a new trick that day too. How to eat his shoes. I tasted them to see what was so exciting. I couldn't figure it out.

First he touches his toes and checks to see if anyone is watching...

Then he moves in for the bite...

Finally, he reaches his goal. Leather in the mouth. YUM!

We had a great time in Austin. We wish it could've been longer, but we'll be back soon and hopefully we'll make a trip to Boston soon too! We love you guys!!

Hanging out with Uncle Trey

A few weeks ago we were in Dallas so I could attend a photography workshot with McMamma. I'll blog more about this soon!

It was a great weekend and Tabor got to play with Grandma Fluby & Uncle Trey all weekend!

I LOVE this picture! I'll attach the link to the video of Tabor & Uncle Trey playing. They are just too cute! You're an awesome Uncle Trey!!

Here's the video of Trey making Tabor giggle. You can hear Katie and Flo trying to decide on what to order for dinner from a restaurant that um... wasn't so great. Seriously maybe it was a very off night they for the Thai place, but we probably won't order from them again. ha! Meanwhile Tabor shows Trey all his new tricks and nearly chokes trying to do his breath-in-air trick. ha! Tabor you're a goofball!

Danilo in Cali

Danilo is here visiting from Italy. We've had a blast with him here!

Here are a few things that he's done:

Eaten Chocolate Chip Cookies, Blueberry muffins & his new favorite BAGELS for breakfast!

Visited Hermosa, Redondo, Manhattan, Venice & Santa Monica Beach

This is Hermosa Beach (for you non-so-cal-ers)

He has eaten & rolled Cakeballs. Danilo LOVES Cakeballs!

He has taught Ty to cook amazing Italian meals! Get ready for some dinner parties coming up!

Visited Venice in Las Vegas

Met the wax-version of Whoopie

Pretended to be my dad- cleaning the car windshield at every gas station - sorry dad you're famous for this!

Watched many sunsets while playing frisbee, riding in the car or riding the bike on the Strand.

He's tried Smores & fallen in love with them!

Taught Ty to make Risotto! (So excited!!)

Gone on an all-boy trip to San Francisco

Again, pretended to be my dad! ha!

The boys in San Fran.

I can't add a caption to all of these because I have NO idea what crazy thing they were up to in all of them!

He bought a new video camera at Best Buy and has made hundreds of movies (and saved them on his new external hard drive)

Walked 8 hours to see the Golden Gate Bridge

Taken pictures for Danielle (because I saw her on Cupcake wars!)

They froze on the Golden Gate Bridge when they finally got there!

They checked out the Painted Ladies...

HA cleaned the windshield again - these are all for you dad! (we'll know if you read this blog now!)

Ty & Danilo played frisbee in Manhattan Beach while watching the sunset.

Danilo pretended to be on the set of Baywatch

He walked & rode his bike with his cool backpack chair!

Ate at the Hard Rock (Casino in Las Vegas)

Toured all the Casinos in Vegas (this is the Bellagio)

Had a Frozen Hot Chocolate at Serendipity

Made a wish in the Las Vegas Trevi fountain

Saw pole dancers at the Hard Rock Casino

Swam at the Cesar Palace pools (nearly all 7 of them)

We are such "thugs" "dude" (some of Danilo's new words)

Got tan (and burned) at Cesar Palace

These are just a few things that he did! He still has 3 more days here. He spent the day in Hollywood & Rodeo Drive today and tomorrow after touring the Staples Center he is meeting up with Ty to see a Dodgers game and then out to party Downtown. (Danielle will be home sleeping ha!)

Here's a few of his videos:

This is the Mastercard Commercial Ty & Danilo made while playing frisbee on the beach at sunset

This video is of Jet & Ty teaching Danilo how to say "Like" and "Dude"

This blog/vlog will be updated as more pictures or videos become available!
